Concierge Services, a division of JEDD, LLC, located in Jamestown, TN, was initially established in August of 2008 to provide much needed services to our new lot owners in as many as four developments. Many of our new lot owners have not built yet, but need services such as land maintenance and clearing as well as services for when they come to visit the area; such as lodging and activities. Concierge Services set out building a Vendor base to provide everything from land maintenance to horse sitting, housekeeping to vacation packages. In doing so, we learned the general public was as much in need of our services as our lot owners.

 

Our offices are located in the Big South Fork Discovery Center. The Discovery Center provides information, including literature to visitors about Fentress County and the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BSFNRR). The Discovery Center is also your one stop source to then book lodging and arrange activities. Activites in this area can include guided trail riding. We pride ourselves for becoming the trail riding capital of the Southeast. Guided trail hiking in Pickett State Park and Colditz Cove, is available, as well. History buffs will enjoy the Sgt. Alvin C. York Museum, Park and Grist Mill and Historic Rugby, a restored English village. These are just a  few examples of all there is to do here!
