Concierge Services, LLC is the only Licensed Property Management Services Company serving the Big South Fork Area. CS proudly offers property management of overnight rentals to serve visitors to the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area, Fentress and surrounding counties. CS also offers vacation packages with excursions and activities included.
Fentress County is located on the Cumberland Plateau. 
The Cumberland Plateau rises more than 1,000 feet above the Tennessee River Valley to a vast tableland of sandstone and shale dating as far back as 500 million years. Carved over time by flowing water, the plateau today is a labyrinth of rocky ridges and verdant ravines dropping steeply into gorges laced with waterfalls and caves, ferns, and rhododendrons.
Significant tracks of land have been set aside in state parks and wildlife management areas. The Cumberland Plateau hosts four state parks, several natural wildlife areas and the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area.
The Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area is Tennessee's BIGGEST secret. Like the Smokey Mountains, the area is rich in mountain views, exquisite sce
nery, rivers, waterfalls...you name it...it's here. But, unlike the Smokeys, this area does not suffer from over development, traffic jams or the pollution created by these things. The roads are predominantly two lane. The city of Jamestown hosts 4 stop lights (no kidding). The air and water are fresh and clean. Star gazing is not a thing of the past...we can actually see the stars at night. The climate is mild and outdoor recreation such as hiking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, riding ATVs, and golf are very pleasurable activities to take part in here.

The property management program is designed to best serve our property owners with the desire to ensure the viability and profitability of their properties. Properties enrolled in our program enjoy a variety of marketing campaigns geared to sell reservations, thereby getting our property owners the most out of their investment. Our marketing plan includes cooperative memberships with the local Chamber of Commerce and the Upper Cumberland Tourism Association; print ads in magazines and the Big South Fork Visitors Guide, tnvacation.com, and rack cards; direct mail campaigns; trade shows, as well as on-line. We are currently in the process of installing on-line booking capability.
Our program provides a comprehensive management plan which provides for booking, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and detailed, monthly reporting to our property owners.
